Yet another week past by...
And I've done all my workouts :) Did this weeks last workout yesterday and the second at thursday. Now I have today and tomorrow to rest then on tuesday next weeks workouts starts.

I've counted points all week and been a good girl concerning eating. It's time for TOTM so how the weigh in goes tomorrow is another story, we'll see tomorrow.

I've been doing this weight training for 2 weeks now and I've started to feel how my body is changing. My clothes are starting to feel "loose" at different places than earlier, the body is starting to remodel itself :) Feels pretty good I got to admit :D I am at about the same weight I had when hubby and I met. But the shape of the body feels kind of different from then. I've started to wear clothes from then, that have been far, far inside my closets. And they fit differently than they used to. I like it! :D

I'm doing well..
I've done this weeks first workout :) 90 minutes of whole body workout and 14,5 minutes on the stationary bike for pulse and warm up. And I've counted my points this week and I sure can tell that I had added on to the food! I am a lot more hungry now, I've got used to eat more. And I am planning to eat my exercise points today, I am hungry! ;o) But the body needs more fuel when working out so that's as it should be.

Yes, I think you are right, Heather and Bev, the workouts make the scale go crazy! Nothing to worry about then :) I was down at 256,5lbs this morning so the day after a workout seems to be a tough day to have as a weigh in day. Because of that I will try to do my workouts on tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays. That should be interresting to see on monday, if it makes a difference.

I took some new measures this morning and I've shrunk some :)

Gain again!
The scale goes crazy since I started to workout! Yesterday morning I weighed 256,1lbs this morning I weighed 257,8lbs! This means I show a 0,8lb gain this week. But it's not fat, you can't gain that much fat over one day!

I did my third workout yesterday evening. So I'm doing quite well regarding exercising :) Food wise I've not been all that well. I haven't pigged out or something, just not counted my points for a couple of weeks. You know done it all by "feeling", but it's easy to add a little more each day to everything. Not by intension just because the eye tricks you. So I've decided to get on to it again starting today :) So hopefully I will show a loss next week!

I'm still here..
I didn't do the workout on tuesday, short of time kind of. But I did it on wednesday instead :) And I talked to someone who knows a bit about how our bodys works. And learned that when muscles are aching after a workout it's because they are toxicated. You know when the blood goes through your muscles it flushes all "dirt" with it but when you use the muscles as when you are training the blood stop flooding through and keeps the "dirt in the muscle. If we keep high pulse during the workout the blood will flush through every time we "release" the muscle. So on wednesday I tried doing that, between every other set (every second or third) I did 2 minutes on the stationary bike at a very high speed to get high pulse, then back to the workout. And it actually helped! I haven't had any aching muscles after the last workout :)

I also had to add some weight to one of the muscle groups, it didn't give as much as last time with the same weight on. Stronger muscles already? Who knows :)

A huge +..
this week! I gained 2,7lbs this week but I ain't worried about it :) I hade a bad bad week regarding food! I've eaten a lot of candy and on saturday my grandma had her 90th birthday. So that day I ate a LOT! But I think I deserve a brake after almost a year losing weight, don't you think so too? :)

On friday a trainer on a local gym helped me make up a program to do on my home gym. And on sunday I did it for the first time, yesterday that is. I do a bit of warming up, then 1,5 hours of weight training, then 45 minutes on the stationary bike and afterwards stretching. He wants me to do the whole body every time I workout and to do it all 3 times a week. This means close to 3 hours of training at a time. And I got to tell you nothing in this world could make me get out of bed to do it in the mornings. 'Cause if I would I'd need to get up at 3am! No way! So I'll do it during the evenings and weekends. And yesterday was the first time around. And boy do I ake all over! I feel as if I had my 90th birthday this weekend not my grandma ;o) And tomorrow is the next workout day, how on earth am I supposed to manage that with all this aking? But I'll try, I sure will! :)

Some new...
pictures, I've added a new section with pictures taken with our new webcam :) I'll update it now and then as it's quite easy to take new pictures. The webcam is sitting up there on my screen :)

I've been a bad girl lately, I've eaten candy and chocolate! And this weekend will be a weekend with quite a lot of eating. You see my grandma has her 90th birthday on saturday and I won't miss out of that ;o) On friday I'll help maa fix some stuff for the party as well, we'll make a sandwich layer-cake :) And you'd bet on me having a piece of it on saturday :D

Finally..
did the scale move down again. I lost 2,2lbs this week, which means the + and then some is gone :) Hopefully this means the plateau is over and done with for this time!

My little one is sick AGAIN! So I'm home today too. I never seems to be at school these days. And I am so far behind that I feel like giving up the studies. It doesn't seems as I am ment to do this.

Thank you girls for your nice comments on my new do :) I really like it myself as well :)

I have finally..
got my third goal done! And it feels gooood :D No more long hair hanging in the face, no sire! And I have got so many nice comments here at home! I am feeling pretty "high" of all the compliments that I've got :)) Wanna take a peek? Well, here you go! Have a look! The light was not doing nice things to the colour! I have a new colour too you see :) It's dark brown with a little gold in it, a colour called capuccino. But on the pictures it looks redish. It ain't redish!

I feel great about the hair, short and easy to fix in the mornings :) And no more ponytales! I've had ponytales for ages and am sick of them, no more! Yes! :D Hubby loves my new look! He says "why didn't you do this aaaages ago?". Hehe.. yeah why? I like it too :))

But I got to tell you, I still kind of shake my head to get rid of the "hair" from my face :D I am so used to do that. I guess it will take a few days 'til I realize that there is no hair to remove from my face :)

Easter come easter go
and I had a quiet one, mostly at home. I have eaten a bit to much sweets! Ouch! But all in all I did pretty well. But the scale doesn't want to move, stays where it was last week. But I don't worry about that, not at all.

I haven't been working out either. I have kind of fell off the wagon the past few days ;o) But you know me by now! I'll be on to it sooner than soon :D

I hope you all had a wonderful easter! Lets all see what this week will bring us, shall we?
