Sorry for not updating..
haven't been feeling well lately and have been awfully busy as well. Yesterdays weigh in was a gain, not much, 1,3lbs, but none the less a gain. I seems to stay in this new trend, one week gain the next loss, one week gain the next loss. So next week should show a loss ;o)

I haven't been working out, actually I don't dare to! I am so affraid of getting really sick again, I don't want to stay home anymore! I have gotten soooo far behind at school and don't want to make it wurse. But I feel better each day gone by. Still coughing but atleast I don't sound as I breath through water anymore :)

Next week is a week off school :D Holidays here I come :D Well, I have to study but I don't need to get up at 6am :)) I have 10 days off! 10 whole days off! Yes! First day off is friday this week, oh boy oh boy am I glad about that :)) It's easter holidays.

I'm still not feeling..
all right :( My throat is killing me, and I cough, cough and cough. And because of that, no workouts! Blah! When I finally got around doing it, I'll get sick so I can't do it! And I'm "itching" to do it but I haven't got strength enough. And I would probably only make myself more sick if I did workout. So *sigh* I'm sitting here hoping to get well enough soon.

On the other hand I have gotten sooo many compliments on how well I look these days. That my ego is boosted high above the clouds :D So feeling sick but in a GREAT mood :)

This is great..
but odd! I seem to have started a new trend here. Earlier I have lost in a steady speed but now I seem to gain one week to lose a LOT next week! I have lost 5,5lbs this week! Well, as I had gained last week (water) all of it isn't fat. But hey! I'm on the lowest weight in years :D I'm almost down on the weight I had when I met hubby, only 2,2lbs left to go to get there :)) And on april 5th I get my treat for the newly reached goal. Then I will get SHORT hair :D Cut cut cut and away we go with it :D

Not been exercising..
this weekend. Haven't been feeling too good. That damned cold I've got :( I have been coughing all weekend, still am. Blaahh! Well, I hope I feel better tomorrow because I WANT to exercise. Never thought I would say that ;o)

A few weeks ago I had "melted" so much that I fit into a pair of old pants that I used to wear about 7 years ago. Guess what? I am melting out of them now :D Yes, this chick is getting smaller and smaller and... aahh life is good! I have found some shirts in the closet too that now are fitting :)

Friday again..
and I've decided to take this exercise thing to the next level. I've read on the net and talked to a friend about this. And I have decided that, to get the most out of this, I need to to do upper body one day and lower body another day. And as I've learned how to use the gym to get all muscles to work I started today and did an upper body workout for 50 minutes. I use the stationary bike to warm up, I did 3,6km in 9min 18secs. I won't put the stretching part in the exercise log as it will get huge then. But all my workouts end with stretching. So lets get serious :D

Boy oh boy oh boy...
My motivation got boosted higher than a mountain today :) I took some new measurements today and the amount I have shrunk in 2 weeks is about what I use to shrink in a month! So this exercising part is doing HUGE difference! I am amazed at how much difference it makes! One thing I know for sure is I won't stop doing this :D But errhmm I'm not sure I'll do it today ;o) Well, actually I am not feeling too well. My throat is aching and I feel slightly dizzy, so I think I've got a cold comming :( But if it weren't for that I would be on to it right away :D

Another days workout done..
but boy was it hard today! I couldn't do as much as the other times, not at all. I'm thinking maybe I'm over doing it. You know, I haven't been doing anything like this in years and years, then suddenly I am doing it each and every day! I only managed to do 3,1km on the bike today, 7min 50sec and 113kcal burned. I did 20 minutes workout but I couldn't do as much as yesterday. I had to force myself to do "one more, one more" and I didn't need that yesterday, well not as much as today, I didn't manage do as many of everything as yesterday! The stretching part is just relaxing so that is just plain nice ;o) Maybe I need to put in a day or two without any exercise? To let my body get used to the new situation, the situation of not being lazy anymore :D But I got to tell you, I can feel that my body has muscles! They are aching like hell ;o) Atleast I know I have some muscles ;o) :D

I took a freeday..
yesterday. Well, not foodwise only the exercise part :) I don't think it's necessary to exercise 7 days a week, 6 might as well be enough :) But today I've done some good! I couldn't do as much on the bike as the last 2 times. I got sooo exhausted I just couldn't manage doing it. But I did 4km, 10min58sec and burned 148,8kcal. Then I did 20 mins workout on the gym, I did more this time even though I didn't do it for a longer time. I needed to learn the machine last time you know :) Then I did 2*12 of everything, this time I did 3*12 of everything :) And of course I did some stretching afterwards.

Now I'm sitting here feeling gooood :) Tired, cleen from the shower and just feeling good about myself. But I got to tell you, the hard part about this is to get my arse up and start doing it! When I have started I just keep on doing it without force. But to start! Needs a lot of willpower there ;o)

A gain
it is, but nothing to bother about :) I gained 1,8lbs, well actually from friday to today I gained 3,3lbs as I had lost from monday to friday ;o) but I know why so I don't let it bother me.

My son is sick AGAIN! So I am at home today too. My studies are going down the drain this way but what can I do? I have to take care of my son, he is the most important thing in my life you know :)

I'm amazed
and proud of myself :) I found such a motivation today that it's unbelivable! I got my period before I went to bed yesterday, so I have pain (lots of it) and should (if being as usual) have very low motivation. But no, I have lots of it! When I was riding the bike today I decided I'll do the 5km today too but try to do it faster, well, I only managed to do it 14 sec faster, but hey, it was faster :D And when I left the bike veeery tired something flew into me! I decided to go the home gym! I actually for the first time used it, I did 20 minutes on it :D And afterwards I stretched and found out that I haven't lost that much of my flexibility. When standing with my feets together, straight legs, and bending forward I actually touched the floor. I almost got my palm down, all of the fingers (whole fingers) where on the floor and the beginning of the palm but the back of it was like 1-1,5inch above the floor. That I find pretty amazing concidering I not too long ago weighed 330lbs! Don't you think so too? :))

One day more gone..
and I got some exercise done on the bike :) I had to push myself a lot more today, I got lactic acid in my legs way too soon today! But I had decided that I wanted to do 5km nomatter what. And you know what? I did it! Yep, I did it :D I did 5km, 13min26sec and 182,4kcal burned and boy did I feel good when I had done it. I forced myself to the point when I couldn't do more, tired, all wet of sweat and sooo pleased with myself :)

Thanks Trish for saying I'm not a lazy chick anymore :) Sure looks as I won't be one if I can keep this up :) I'll do my very best for sure!

I don't know how mondays weigh in will go, it's the TOTM and you know how that is treating you ;o) I for sure can feel it treating me bad, ouch, so bad-tempered! But as hard as I've been using the bike and taking walks I sure hope I won't show a gain even though it's TOTM, should get something out of this you know ;o).

This week soon in the past...
and the week off school is over too. So on monday I'm back in school again. I hope I can make myself do some exercise next week. I am usually veeery tired when we get home after very long days. But I'll try, I've been so good at it this week I just have to keep on with it :)

I'm making progress on the bike :) I did 12min 50sec, 4,6km and 168kcal burned today :D So a little more each time I get on it, yep, I'm feeling pretty darn good about myself 'cause normally I'm one lazy chick ;o)

I'm still here :)
Have been a bit low the past couple of days and stayed away from the net though. But now I'm here :) And I can report some exercise done, well not on the home gym, not just yet errr. But on monday I took a walk with my sister, she usually walks really fast so she tried to slow down a bit for me but not enough to get to my slow speed. Which, by the end, made me really tired and in a big need of a shower ;o) She? Well, atleast she got some air :D

Today I have done 10min 20sec on the stationary bike, 3,5km and 130kcal burned. Yep! This is starting to look good :)) Lets see what tomorrow brings around.

Yeah me :)
I went out for a walk last night, a slow one and only about 1,5km but hey I did time on the bike as well. So I figured that I didn't need to take such a long walk. I'll be out on a walk this evening too :) And now, the tale of the scale ;o) I did good! Yep, I did really good this week :D Not only did I lose the 2,6 I gained last monday, I also lost 4,9lbs MORE! Yep I did write the right numbers! :D And this made my countdown more than a success :D The line actually went so far down the buttom doesn't show!

A weekend more in the past
And I actually got my butt out of the chair a couple of times ;o) Yesterday I did 6,5 minutes on the stationary bike, 2,5km and 90kcal burned. Today I did 8,5 minutes on it, 3km and 110kcal burned. Yay to me :D I'm on to it, yes I am :D I guess I'll manage doing more later on but for now I am glad I managed doing it at all :D Next one to conquer is the homegym ;o) Lets see what tomorrow brings along shall we?

Ahhh vacation here I come :)
We have one week off school :D And boy am I going to have looong sleepy mornings before I get out of bed ;o) But on the other hand, I have decided to get my workout going the coming week! I need to figure out a good program for my "machine" (the home gym) to make the workout good for the entire body, and a program to stretch out the mussles afterwards. I'll have to do the trial and error way, but eventually I'll get the hang of it.

I have taken some new measures I'v lost about 1,5 inch :) The melting have been a biiit slower the past month but I am still melting away :D
