Going down down :)
Yeah Trish BAD bad me ;o) atleast I've learned my lesson and am drinking my water AND staying out of salty popcorn this week :D :D And I'm losin' it again :D down half a lb today too :)) I was starting to feel the blues but this for sure helped me get out of that :D OK now... focusing on the NEXT goal ;o) I couldn't at first, it felt like "what am I now going to do" an empty kind of feeling, when I reached this goal. So I guess this particular goal was more important to me then the others have been. But now.. yep I'm on to the next one :D

Back in business :)
OK, my body feels alright again, tummy OK, not bloated anymore :) And back down on last weeks number on the scale :D And what did I learn from that? Drink you're water, drink you're water! And don't put a lot of salty popcorns into you're face! Yep, that is what I did the past weekend. Ate looots of salty popcorn and drank about half of the water I use to drink. No wonder my stomach went wonky and I got all bloated. So 263,8lbs it is today :D And me feeling just fine :))

This monday suchs!
My body is going wonky :( I'm bloated and my tummy is like a hard ball and hurting. And I'm up 2,6lbs alla happened during the weekend so there is something strange going on for sure! No one can put that much fat on during 3 days, so there must be some other reason for it. And hopefully it will pass until next monday!
Well, I better go study some chemistry, I've an examin/test tomorrow!! I don't like examins!

It will be a gain..
this week :( Well, I have been a "good" girl so I can't see the reason for it but as I had a gain this morning I will for sure show it tomorrow too. But I've had 2 great losses in a row so it's pay back time ;o)
We have put the gym and stationary bike together, so now it's time to get serious :D But what a hell getting all those pieces together! And the lousiest instructions they have ever made to tell you how to do it! I had to cool hubby down otherwise he would have thrown it out through the window ;o) But now it's there in all it's glory :D So, tomorrow I will try the bike out and see how unfit I am ;o) Need to put a program together for the gym that I can get the most out of it :)

Tamdadam!
Today one number has changed that makes quite the matter to me :) That is my number in kg, the number 2 has become the number 1 :D Yep, I now weigh 119,9kg not 121kg as last week :) In lbs I've lost 2,4 since last week :D I'm on a roll! Yay! You can check it out yourself, and this made me hit goal #3. And my countdown is back on track as well.
Tonight when hubby is back home from work, I'll get some new progress pictures too. You now, when I started I decided to take those pics at each and every reached goal. And now I have reached my third goal *doing a happy dance*
And you know something else? I got a phone call this morning, I'll get my new equipment tomorrow morning :D So now for sure I'll be on to it, well if we can put those darn things together ;o) I get them in pieces you see *LOL*

Hey I'm going..
to start move my ass :D I have ordered some workout equipment and they told me I'll get it by the end of the month :) I've ordered a stationary bike, 2 dumbells, some weights and a home gym which you can work your entire body on! Now the only problem is, where on earth are we going to put it?!? Ahh we'll throw out the bed who needs to sleep, better to workout ;o) Naah, maybe not ;o) But we'll have to come up with something.
Oh, I can't wait 'til they have arrived! Gosh atleast 2 more weeks before I can try them out!
I have been reading the BFL book and I have to tell you, it ain't for me! The food part is way to rigid for me :( I need a lot of flexibility food wise, that's what keeps me going now. And the book (the author) seems almost religiosly devoted to lifting iron ;o) But there is a lot of useful information in there that I will put to use in my way :) So it wasn't exactly a waste of money. And I have to tell you that I truly admire those who can do the BFL at 100%! There has to be a lot of determinition to managing doing it.

I've had a horrible
horrible week! Headache haedache for starters. Then on wednesday my cat, my prinsess cat Minnie, was hit by a car. We took her to the vet, he examined her and took some xrays. The bones were OK and he couldn't see something else wrong. Never the less around 9:30 pm she died! My lovely prinsess is gone! I have been feeling awful since. I never thought I would greef an animal this much. Of course I always have felt hurt when my pets have died but not like this :( She was going to be 7 this april, no age for a cat! She could have lived much longer but no, a stupid car ended her life.
Sorry for the wining but that's me for the moment. It haven't made me pig out eating or something so I'll post my normal weigh in tomorrow. Hopefully in a better mood than now.

I'm still here :)
But I have had such an awful headake and didn't want to sit here too much. And I use to live infront of the computer on my spare time so that was a mini hell on top of the headake ;o)
Anyway I did weigh in on monday and the result was no loss, no gain. But I didn't behave during the weekend, ate way too much! I ate 'til my stomach was hurting :O Ouch! I used to eat that much but I for sure learned I can't any more ;o) Well, after that I kind of expected no loss but maybe a gain. But the gain didn't show up and boy am I glad for that :D
I got a note from the postman today, the BFL book has arrived :) Need to get my but out of the chair and on my way to the postoffice tomorrow!

What a week!
Busy busy busy and I have slept to little all week! So last night I fell a sleep quite early, well, according to my measures that is ;o) and slept to 10:30 this morning!! Boy, my head feels like cotton, slept too long! But now it's weekend and I'll have time to some rest, well, atleast some. I need to study chemistry as I have an exam on tuesday.
I have taken some new measures, earlier my waist shrunk a lot, now it has slowed down and the rest of me is shrinking :) making a total of 45,28 inches lost (115cm), yay me! :D
