I haven't been following the plan at all! Well, I have been oh so tired, it's no daylight when I leave home and it's no daylight when I get back home.. what does that meen? Well, it meens it's winter season here in sweden... and we haven't got any snow to make it lighter outside, dark dark dark.. and whine whine whine ;o)
Well, thank you girls for trying to cheer me up! And yes, Trish, up until the past week I've been counting every bite I've eaten, I have the WW program on CD and put everything in my diary there, as I've always done it. Well, except for the break I took that is. I drink my water, I eat my veggies and fruits and count my points. As I've mentioned, a long time ago, we don't have a point range here. We get a fixed amount of points to eat and for me it is 26 points. 100+ kg is the heighest level and you get 26 points at that level. And we calculate the points in food different from you as well. We don't consider fibres when calculating. But instead almost all veggies and fruits are zero points :) And I eat lots of veggies and fruits, even when I don't count points. The past few weeks I've been doing exactly the same as I used to do before the break. But in oposite of before the break I don't lose this time :/ Right now I'm not sure what to do, I've fallen off the wagon the past few days but I'll try to get back. I won't give up, I promise!
I've heard of the Wendy plan but I haven't tried it and I'm not sure I want to either. It's made for point ranges too, but thank you anyway I appreciate you trying to get me going :)

You have come so far, Annica, don't give up now! =) But yes, like Trish said, you will do it when you are ready. Just remember that you are well worth it.

Hmmmm, maybe you need to do some points ranges? Shake it up a bit? Your body is getting use to what you are doing and settling in comfortably.
Maybe eat 4 less points for a few days, then back to your normal, then 2 points more for a day, then back to normal etc...shake up what your body thinks it is going to get?
And obviously only do this when you are ready...you don't need to be playing with your points when you are in no mood to do so..it could let you say to yourself that eating 5-10 more points in one day is fine, because you are shaking your body up, lmao.
You will continue when you are ready and able chickie. Take care of you!
