and haven't got much to report. Did lose weight but have gained it back, I have been a "good girl" counting points but in vain. Nothing happens and I haven't got a clue what's wrong :/ I haven't given up though and will continue with my efforts hoping something will happen, soooon!

Am busy lately though, haven't got many moments for my dear 'puter :( And I miss my fiddle with websites, and I have a couple of perl scripts I need to write but haven't got time for that either. Well, I'll do it eventually.

And I'll keep on keeping on with this dieting too :)

Hey chickie, are you **sure** you are counting properly? I mean if you are counting and in your point range there is **no** reason you should not be losing.

So take a day and count **everything** that goes in your mouth...and if still is not moving, are you a) eating enough? or b) eating too much..maybe eat at the low end of your range?

I know you've been at this a long time (and you're doing a fantastic job too!), but you might try what I did. I was on a two-month plateau, couldn't lose an ounce if my life depended on it... I'm sure you know all about that. So, I decided to try Kashi and I finally got off of my plateau. I've only been on it for about two weeks now, but with a solid 6 lb loss behind me, I'm not complaining. =o)

Keep up the fantastic work! I know you can make it!
