Annica... getting there!

[Previous entry: "Gain again!"] [Main Index] [Next entry: "Yet another week past by..."]

04/23/2002 Archived Entry: "I'm doing well.."

I've done this weeks first workout :) 90 minutes of whole body workout and 14,5 minutes on the stationary bike for pulse and warm up. And I've counted my points this week and I sure can tell that I had added on to the food! I am a lot more hungry now, I've got used to eat more. And I am planning to eat my exercise points today, I am hungry! ;o) But the body needs more fuel when working out so that's as it should be.

Yes, I think you are right, Heather and Bev, the workouts make the scale go crazy! Nothing to worry about then :) I was down at 256,5lbs this morning so the day after a workout seems to be a tough day to have as a weigh in day. Because of that I will try to do my workouts on tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays. That should be interresting to see on monday, if it makes a difference.

I took some new measures this morning and I've shrunk some :)

Way to go Annica! That is a GREAT loss in inches! See, the weight-lifting is working wonders!!! The pounds will catch up eventually, don't worry about it for a couple weeks.
