yesterday. Well, not foodwise only the exercise part :) I don't think it's necessary to exercise 7 days a week, 6 might as well be enough :) But today I've done some good! I couldn't do as much on the bike as the last 2 times. I got sooo exhausted I just couldn't manage doing it. But I did 4km, 10min58sec and burned 148,8kcal. Then I did 20 mins workout on the gym, I did more this time even though I didn't do it for a longer time. I needed to learn the machine last time you know :) Then I did 2*12 of everything, this time I did 3*12 of everything :) And of course I did some stretching afterwards.
Now I'm sitting here feeling gooood :) Tired, cleen from the shower and just feeling good about myself. But I got to tell you, the hard part about this is to get my arse up and start doing it! When I have started I just keep on doing it without force. But to start! Needs a lot of willpower there ;o)
