Annica... getting there!

[Previous entry: "This monday suchs!"] [Main Index] [Next entry: "Going down down :)"]

02/27/2002 Archived Entry: "Back in business :)"

OK, my body feels alright again, tummy OK, not bloated anymore :) And back down on last weeks number on the scale :D And what did I learn from that? Drink you're water, drink you're water! And don't put a lot of salty popcorns into you're face! Yep, that is what I did the past weekend. Ate looots of salty popcorn and drank about half of the water I use to drink. No wonder my stomach went wonky and I got all bloated. So 263,8lbs it is today :D And me feeling just fine :))

Have a nice day all!

I'm glad your bloat is gone - it sucks! :)

Salt and little water intake - BAD YOU! LOL...

It's bound to happen sweetie. There are some days I could drink a lake and somedays I don't even wanna see water let alone gulp down 15-20 cups of the stuff.

I have found recently that I like room temperature water more than cold cold fridge/water machine water. So now I do half and half and it is so much easier to go down.

Have a good evening!
