the weekend is gone! Boy do the time run fast!

Glad to see you're still around Shauna :) I don't know if it's the time of the year or what but I think a lot of us has had a low time, losing the motivation and such. I wish I could share some of mine to you who need it! I still (mostly) have lots of it, but I think it's because I lose so steady that I can keep my motivation up so high for the most of the time.

Yesterday was not so good, I had the most awful headace and didn't do much. I had the intension to do sooooo so much as the christmas is coming soon. 4 weeks! Only 4 weeks! And then I'll have my totaly points free day :D Yep I have promissed myself that christmas eve (we celebrate at christmas eve in sweden) is the day I can eat just what I want to eat :)) I am glad though that we don't celebrate thanksgiving and halloween like you do, a few days less when the urge to eat comes around :) Well, we have all saints day but we don't party or eat a lot of food that day.

Tomorrow I have a math exam, I really don't like exams (tests?) I get sooo nervous! And it's the first thing tomorrow morning! Yuck, yuck!

Atleast I have been eating almost perfect lately :) Today has been a day a bit off the program, I have stayed within my points but too little veggies and fruites and errrr a bit of pizza and a low fat candy bar ;o) But hey! Ones in a while you gotta let yourself have something extra :)
