Annica... getting there!

Wurst day of my life

On friday we buried my father, it was the absolutely wurst day of my life! The day he died I could handle much better because I knew he didn't need to suffer any more, and he looked so peaceful, as if he were sleeping. But the funeral was a nightmear because that was only about us, he was already gone and we were left there behind. And I am soooo reliefed it is over!

Now I need to get a grip on my life! As allways when life is tough I have been eating really crappy. I only have 8,7kg left before I am up where I once started, that's bad, really bad. My health needs to be taken care of. My knees are hurting, and the stairs feels like mount everest! This got to stop!

Don't give up on yourself. Just eat healthy and live healthy, a 20 years old from Europe is giving you this advise. I have already somehow ruined my health with "Kate Moss in 15 days diets." It's very important that you feel OK and yourself when you're taking diet If you don't, thing's will just get worse. Maybe it will take a year or two, but every month you'll be a bit prettier and healthier. Visit you doctor and gym as often as you can. IT WORKS. The ONLY thing that WORKS. Good luck.
